We cook them to your order, and deliver them to you still sealed in their sous-vide bag. All you have to do is keep the roll refrigerated until you’re ready to use it – then finish in your own oven and serve.

Our smoked and cured turkey breasts offer the same intensity of flavour and evenness of texture as our sous-vide breasts. They are rolled, netted and carefully seasoned before going into our smokehouse and being transformed into succulent, tender smoked turkey breasts.
